Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by Annette Loughlin-Smith. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Digital Products (including courses, downloadable content, meditations, ebooks and similar materials)

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, refunds are generally not available for change of mind once access has been granted.

If a digital product is faulty, inaccessible, or not as described, please contact us so we can resolve the issue in accordance with your rights under Australian law.

Physical Products

Refunds or exchanges may be available within 30 days of purchase for eligible items.

To qualify, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and returned in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds do not apply to sale items, gift cards, or custom or handcrafted items, unless the item is faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. If a product is faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Services (including sessions, Reiki, readings, courses, programs, workshops and events)

Refunds for services are generally not available for change of mind.

For certain courses or programs, we may offer credit notes or transfer options instead of cancellations prior to the course or program commencing. Where applicable, these options will be specified at the time of purchase or in the specific course terms.

If a service, course or program is cancelled by us, you will be offered a refund, credit, or transfer option as appropriate.

If you are unable to attend a booked session or event, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling. Rescheduling options may depend on the specific service purchased.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method where possible.

If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
